2012 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The new Boeing 787 Dreamliner can carry about 250 passengers. This blog was viewed about 1,100 times in 2012. If it were a Dreamliner, it would take about 4 trips to carry that many people.

Goodbye 2012

There are only 2 more days until 2012 and I doubt I’ll be doing any blogging tomorrow at all. I fell way short of my intended goal of 100 posts in 2012 but I’ve generally been pretty busy this year being a father and with work. All my activities doesn’t leave a lot of time for blogging. That’s not to say I’m going to stop blogging but I’ll try for a much more reasonable target for next year.

In general, 2012 was a pretty good year. I got an iPhone 4S for work, I was able to go to Disney World twice, I hit up Hawaii, and I got a new van to haul the family in. All in all it was a pretty sweet year for me. Also the world didn’t blow up on December 21 as predicted. I guess that deserves a mention too.

Here’s to 2013 being even better than 2012 was. 🙂
